Some website visitors, for example private people surfing from home or from small organizations, will not have a unique Internet Protocal (IP) address. These people will show up as visitors from Internet Service Providers such as Bell, Deutsche Telekom, etc.Medium to large organizations will have their own unique IP addresses. This means that their names and their company name will be included in Analytics when they visit your website.

Under Contact insights you can view the results of your marketing programs based upon specific contacts. By clicking on a specific contact, you’ll then see all intelligence for that specific contact.
